My motivation and drive that keeps me on the grind is my family. Knowing that I am working on growing a successful business to provide for them keeps me going. Yes, there are times when I wonder why I would work these long hours day in and day out. But, when I see my wife and my son when I get in from a days work, I know what I am doing this for.
